originally created for the Macintosh atlas. Index is the associated
framefiles. This atlas was created by John Sundsten.

Many terms changed to correspond more closely to Neuronames
NNChanges.txt has the terms to be changed in column1, new terms
in column 2.
Changed.txt has the list of changes
Indexold is the original index
Index is the same but with the terms changed.
To revert to the original terms just rename Indexold to be Index.
