Configuration of da.conf

This installation makes use of the VirtualHost feature of Apache to allow the DA atlases to be placed in their own separate directory structure, which may reside anywhere on the server. The virtualhost is defined by file da.conf, which should be placed in the server configuration directory /etc/httpd/conf.d/da.conf. A sample configuration file is DA/local/da.conf.sample.

This file creates a server named dadev.di.washington.edu, whose document root is located at /opt/da_atlases. This directory is where the tar file should be placed.

It also sets /cgi-bin/ to be the bin directory of the source code.
